Off Topic #1 : Mass Effect

 Hello !

I just discovered the Mass Effect novels ! I read the first volume last month and am starting the sequel today.

So I started playing Mass Effect about 5 years ago. But, as I also started to make a bit of a name for myself as an author, I couldn't start the third installment.

And here I am, 5 years later, discovering the novels that retrace the story with Anderson as the main character and getting back into the game trilogy !

It's a real pleasure to play it again !

I love all the characters ! Bioware did a hell of a job with this title !

As far as my hobbies are concerned, that's a pretty good summary of what I plan to do to relax at the beginning of the year: Mass Effect the game and Mass Effect the novel.

I've reached an age (38) where video games are still enjoyable, but not in hardcore mode. I enjoy the gameplay and the storyline by going at my own pace.
